Returns
The return policy governs any purchase made through our Fizi.com retail website.The 7 day period is a "cooling off" period. We authorise the return on products that are brand new & un-used only.
Fizi offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This does not apply to defective items.
- Any item lost in the mail will not be the responsibility of Fizi, we advise a secure & insured reputable courier.
- For products defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Customers should be aware that merchandise sold at Fizi are parallel imported items, therefore manufacturer warranty's are not applicable.
All returned items for refund must be brand new and un-used, unless otherwise faulty.
All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
Returned items must be bubble wrapped. Customers should not write any messages or print any labels on the product's packaging.
Customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by Fizi. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our depot.
Please include the following information when returning an item:
- Your RMA number on your invoice (Please do not write on the items box)
- A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
- A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.
